To house this facility, they chose a co-location facility outside of the Chicago business district. With more than 100 networks operating out of this location, RCG can directly interconnect with Internet infrastructure providers that serve more than 90% of the world's Internet users. RCG can also directly link to many exchanges, clearinghouses, brokers and financial institutions who share this amazing location. Most importantly, RCG enjoys some truly extraordinary security, reliability and scaleability features:

- 30 days back-up power generation in the event of a blackout in Chicago
- Biometric screening at five security checkpoints to prevent unauthorized network access
- 6 inches of Kevlar coating on perimeter walls in the event of fire or explosion
- Automatic failover to multiple Internet providers to ensure 99% Internet uptime
- Enough capacity to triple RCG's current volume
